I bought these for my wife. I got them as the company is great. I have 2 pair of the iron fencer winter glove and are great. Time will tell if these are good gardening gloves. They seem really well built.

I purchased a pair of Iron Fencer Work Glove 207 Cowhide Leather after comparing them to a certain brand made in Vermont. What a deal I got! These gloves are solid and well worth the money.

These gloves protect your hands when handling barbed wire better than any I’ve found until now. The real test is when you’re rolling up barbed wire when taking down a fence. These gloves pass that test.

I’ve tried lots of gloves over the years. I work with metal a lot and sometimes with stone. Both are very hard on my hands. A lot of gloves have a fabric back and I’ll burn holes in the back and welding or grinding sparks go right through that. Stone is real abrasive on gloves and tends to destroy sewn seams and the the finger tips get chewed up. These gloves have proven to be surprisingly durable and I love the leather backs of the gloves. No more melting fabric burning the back of my hands!! Two thumbs up

Came across Golden Stagg when I was looking into a pair of dexterous, splinter resistant and good looking work gloves.

These hit all the boxes and then some.

I’ve bought multiple pairs now and have a number of friends who I’ve referred who have purchased and love.

These are just a pretty bulletproof glove without the bulk you might encounter with a full gauntlet cuffed multi-layer welding type glove. They age well and break in nicely. They'll never be as supple as the 207 Iron Fencer, but if you're okay with that limitation, there is a place for these in your door panel. These are also my go to for light stick welding.

These are darn near perfect... They start out stiff, and with a bit less dexterity than you'd like, but after a day or two of use they break in and hold up. Building several miles of barb wire fence every year is rough on gloves/hands/tools, and I can get through an couple miles of install and removal out of a pair of these when most gloves last a day. The only upgrade is echoed in other reviews, that the tip of the middle or ring finger will likely be the first weak point. I've started to combat this by opting for the 217 glove for really rough stuff(removal and digging, welding and grinding, etc) where dexterity isn't as important. The combination of the two last quite well.

The name of these gloves say it all. I bought three pairs for the guys, hubby, son in law, and nephew. They were very happy to get them... End of story. I do not buy gloves from anywhere else...

I am an avid wearer of Golden Stag gloves. I use them for ranch chores and bought a pair for my niece and one pair for myself. Just the best gloves out there.

I buy these gloves for my husband, who is a rancher. He loves the fit and the durability. They hold up very well for his chores in all the seasons. He won't buy anything else since he found these. I highly recommend them.

Long wearing gloves with enough warmth that leaves enough dexterity you can still get the chores done without having to take them off. Have worn in negative temps for several hours at a time and kept hands warm. I live at 6,000 ft in an area that gets plenty cold. I wear these for all but the most brutal (-25 to -30 F) mornings.

I love the fact these gloves are made in the USA. They fit comfortably not sure about warm yet hadn't had a chance to try them but they seem to be a warm pair of gloves.
